What is in it
We switch on what your process needs. Not everything has to be there on day one.
Customers and pipeline
One record per customer, with contacts, agreements and the full history. A sales board that moves by itself when a customer replies or a quote is accepted.
Email and requests
Your inbox connected: every email lands on the timeline of the right customer. Real requests are recognised between the spam and set up to be picked up.
Quotes and invoices
A quote or proposal from the customer record, in your house style. Invoices, recurring ones too, and a link with your accounting so nothing is entered twice.
Connections
Plugging into what is there: Gmail or Microsoft 365, your accounting package, an existing database such as FileMaker. The system works around it instead of replacing it.
What the platform does not do
The limits matter as much as the features, so here they are.
- It sends nothing on its own. Whatever goes to a customer waits for human approval.
- It does not make up data. What is not certain, it leaves empty or asks about.
- It does not replace your people where judgement matters. It removes the work around it.
- It is not an off-the-shelf package. We set it up around your process, not the other way round.
