The process analysis
Before we build anything, we map how the work really runs today. Build right away and you automate assumptions. This analysis shows where the gains are, and in what order to get them.
What we look at
The work as it really happens, not as it sits in the org chart.
The process
From first contact to invoice: who does what, in which system, and where the work waits for someone.
Where the time goes
How much time each step takes, how often it goes wrong and what that costs. Where we estimate, we say so.
The seams
Retyping between systems, switching back and forth, passing things on by hand. That is usually where the loss is, not in the departments themselves.
What an agent can carry
Per step: can an agent prepare or run it, and what does a person still need to confirm.
What you get
A process model of your company, from first contact to invoice, with per step who does it and how much time it takes. Next to it the decision rules an agent needs, and an overview of systems and connections, with what can be automated and what cannot.
And a roadmap in building blocks, ordered by return, with an hour estimate per block. Not a report for the drawer, but a plan we can build on tomorrow, whether you continue with us or not.
What the analysis does not give you
Better to know this up front than three months in.
- A promise that everything can be automated. Some steps belong with a person, and we will say so.
- Software. The analysis delivers the plan; building is the next step, per block and after your approval.
- A standard solution. The plan is about your process, not a template.
- Numbers we did not measure. Where we estimate, we say so.
How we go about it
Three steps, usually within a few weeks.
- 01
Intake
Sessions with the people who do the work: how does a customer come in, what happens next, where does it pinch.
- 02
Working it out
We draw up the process, find out which systems and sources exist and build the roadmap with an hour estimate per block.
- 03
Presentation
We walk you through the plan and fix the order together. Then you decide whether and how we continue.
