Privacy statement

How we handle your data on this website. Short, and without the fine print.

Last updated: July 2026

Who we are

Ecktivate, part of CWLR Holding, based in Assendelft, Noord-Holland, the Netherlands. We are responsible for processing personal data through this website.

Questions about privacy? Email hi@ecktivate.com.

What data we collect

Only data you give us yourself. If you book a call, that means your name, email address and the time you pick. If you email us, that means your email address and the contents of your message.

We do not ask for accounts, payments or other data. We collect nothing quietly in the background.

Statistics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics for anonymised visitor statistics: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. We configured it privacy-friendly: IP addresses are masked, Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled, and we only use the numbers to improve the site and our findability. We do not build a profile of you and do not show personalised ads.

Functional cookies may also occur: they are needed to show the booking module (Cal.com) when you schedule a call.

What we use your data for

To get in touch, answer your question and schedule a call. That is where it ends.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share data with

To schedule calls we use Cal.com. Your booking details are processed there to set up the appointment.

For email we use our email provider. Beyond that we share your data with no other party, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep data

We keep your data no longer than needed for the purpose we received it for: contact, a call or a collaboration. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Email hi@ecktivate.com to exercise these rights.

Not happy with something? You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

The Ecktivate Platform

Besides this website we provide the Ecktivate Platform: the environment (platform.ecktivate.com and client workspaces on their own domains) where organisations run their sales and marketing work. There we process business contact data of companies and contacts on behalf of our clients, solely so those clients can run their own sales and marketing.

For that processing the client is the data controller and we act as processor. All data is physically separated per client and never accessible to other clients.

Google user data

Clients can connect their own Google account inside the platform. Depending on what you connect, the platform gains access, with your explicit consent, to: Gmail (sending emails and reading replies from your own mailbox, for outreach and follow-up you approved), Google Calendar (creating events), Google Analytics (reading website statistics) and Google Ads (reading campaign statistics).

We use this data solely to provide that functionality to your organisation. We never sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except for subprocessors required to host the platform. It is not used to train third-party AI models. Employees cannot access the content, except where necessary for security, to comply with the law, or for support with your explicit consent.

Access tokens are stored encrypted on servers in the European Union. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions); we then delete the associated tokens from the platform. When a client relationship ends, all connected tokens and workspace data are deleted.

Ecktivate's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
